Little noisy from the street

Everything - location, an apartment it self - it’s equipped with everything new and built with quality. Metro station is just in 2 min. walk. A bit shopping mall and food store are just on opposite side of the street. A lot of cafes outside.

Only I would recommend to clean not visible surfaces like a table only, but also paintings on the wall and everything which is not that easily accessible. At least once in a month

Wonderful apartment with excellent equipment and facilities. 3 very functional AC units. Full diner table was set up when we arrived. Location is near many shops and restaurants. You find all you need within 100 meters. Public transport all around. Communications with owner were efficient. Responsive to customer feedback.

We have nothing to report. All was excellent.

Very comfortable, clean and big

The tag with which I had to open the door suddenly did not work. Fortunately a neighbour let me in. The next day I had to leave early and close the door.I sent messages to owner much of the day but could not reach him. All the time I was in fear I could not enter the apartment that evening. Finally I got a message that he would leave a new tag which he did. Such a reliëf!

The apartment was nice

The entry/communal areas were terrible/dated - the street outside entrance extremely dirty and grity.

Great apartment, bed comfortable, clean and spacious. Right next to old town and parking garage great inside the appartment

The location to reach the apartment is great, just outside of busy old town, but a lot of junkies in street. Had to step over few to get into front door of building.
