Good communication to gain access. Rooms were lovely, had everything you would need. Spacious and contemporary. Great location.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, we discovered that the door lock was broken, which raised serious concerns regarding security. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly, leaving the apartment uncomfortable and the primary bedroom impossible to sleep in. In addition, there was significant noise disturbance from neighbouring nightclubs, continuing until approximately 6am. This important detail was not disclosed in the property description and made it impossible to rest. Due to these issues, we felt unable to continue our stay. We would strongly recommend that the host addresses these matters to ensure future guests have a safe and comfortable experience.

Sarebbe opportuno avere a disposizione più armadi per riporre gli abiti e più attrezzatura per cucinare.

Die unterkunft war nicht komplett sauber. Badewanne und Dusche hatten dreckablagerungen. Dreckiges Geschirr war im spülbecken. Spinnennetze im Bad. Das weitere war, dass es keine Bettwäsche gab Zudem wurde man vorher nicht informiert, dass neben der wohnung eine große Baustelle ist, die nicht erst neu ist und auch länger bleiben wird. Jeden Morgen um 7uhr fing der krach an. Die Partymusik in der Nähe war erwartbar und hat nicht gestört. Einige Glühbirnen waren zudem defekt.

Durch die zentrale Lage an der Partymeile, ist es nachts nicht völlig ruhig.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from bars, restaurants, and sightseeing spots. It was equipped with all the essential amenities, although we didn’t end up using most of them. The price we paid was reasonable, and communication on the day of arrival was ok. There’s a quirky little local coffee shop and a nearby convenience store just steps from the apartment, both offering good value. That said, the apartment was a bit tricky to find at first, it’s tucked away in a corner between what appeared to be a café and a restaurant’s outdoor seating area.

The downside is it was very close to the nightclub as stated in previous reviews. We found it strange at one point hear the club and construction work opposite the apartment at the very same time - both were very early in the morning. The bed in the master room was far too uncomfortable, it was very hard and noisy which made us glad we were only staying for a short visit.

Beliggenheten er veldig bra

Gulvet i leiligheten var ikke vasket. Sluker på begge badene var tette og stinket kloak ut fra dem.
