Quiet Garden 1st Floor

You have everything you need in the room and you can park on the street

- I'm mostly content with my stay. The studio was spaceous with everything necessary: big comfortable bed, wi-fi, TV with enough channels, kitchenette. This is a building in a courtyard serving as a guest house. - One reason I booked the place was that I could leave late (12). Upon arrival the landlady said it's best to leave at 11, but when I said I was hoping for a later checkout, she agreed; the next day I left by 12 and received a call from her at 1 PM, asking whether I left - meaning she gave me even a bigger timeframe. - Quantic pub/concert venue is 15 min. walk.

- Some concern was the fact that neither the door to the yard entrance, nor the front door of the building were ever locked. This didn't prove to be a problem, but still. - The price is more than decent, but there's cleanliness to be desired. - There's central heating which can't be regulated. At one point I got quite hot and had to open the window - which wasn't safe, given the studio was on the ground floor, and the front gate to the street was open.
