The location and amenities.

We did not have particular expectations on the way the block looks like, due to the location. At our arrival, we took a little bit of time in identifying which keys to use following the provided instruction, it took like 2-3 minutes, the neighbor yelled and cursed us for unknown reasons (we have to assume that he’s not happy with the fact that he’s living next door to a B&B property, although this doesn’t justify lack of respect for each other). The apartment structure is a little bit weird, and the stock photos are surely not helping to understand it. There is no living room basically, it’s a long hallway with a 2 person waiting room sofa with a tv placed inside a library - not necessarily comfortable for a group. On a funny note, we might have seen the smallest bathroom sink in our life.

The offer description states, the suite has two bedrooms, but that's not really the truth. We were two people who needed two separate beds. In a offer, you have to choose the number of people. We chose to book an apartment according to our needs for 2 persons. On arrival we realised that one of the bedrooms was closed and after a long discussion the owner instructed that if we wanted a second bedroom then we had to be paid as a staying for 3 people. I find it as a fraud because the description did not mention anything about it. I'll add that you'll have to share the apartments with cockroaches.

Easy check in/out.near city center with good location and neighbourhood. Good air conditioning. Renovated apartment in a very old building.

Quite noisy being in apartment number 1 in front of the noisy boulevard. Cleaning could be a bit better and more taken care of. Shower drainage was clogged and all the water was coming out on the floor.

Great location, pretty big room, the building is old but in a really good condition. Everything was nice and clean. Easy check in and check out. Pretty much all kitchenware is available to cook a simple meal. A lot of space to store your clothing and other stuff.

Electric outlet in bathroom is pretty far from the sink, was unable to plug in the doc station for my teeth brush. The washing machine is shared with one more apartment, so if your neighbor is a cleaning fan, it could take a while until you can use it. And it would be nice to have tea spoons available in the kitchen.
