Super 7 Motel

First room we stayed in didn’t have any lamps or side table. Literally just a bed with an overhead light! No showerhead so water sprayed out like a power washer. We booked thru a 3rd party so there was no refund avail. They gave us a new room the 2nd night which at least had a pair of lamps and a showerhead. We went out and bought a blanket and extra pillows since they had just a sheet and a super thin coversheet and no extra pillows. Would not recommend.

The shower was not clean and the showerhead sprays water all over the place. There is no way to adjust the settings to the shower head. The remote controls for the television all are missing the battery cover, per the front desk. I had to visit the front desk twice to finally get a remote that would work and did not have the batteries fall out of it. The refrigerator does not get cold and has an annoying sound. The air conditioner/heater has a loud sound and smells. The wifi does not work well. The bedding was not clean. I found hair between the flat sheet and the bedspread. The railing attached to the side of the bed sticks out, so it may catch your clothing and or you may bump your leg on it. The check in/check out hours listed on Expedia are not the same as posted at the facility. There is a man outside (in the parking lot) repairing his car every morning and revving the engine very loudly. Someone also sprays the windows, stairs, and ground on the first and second floor with a water a water hose around 5am. It is very loud, so it always woke me up.

They did not have irons or microwaves was very clean but also when showering the bathroom gets really humid due to no air vents.

I only spent one night there, but I do appreciate the value, convenience and cleanliness of the location

Good value money wise and while it may not be much to look at outside it was fairly nice and updated inside. The customer service window doesn’t have a speaker so communication is hard and honestly the worst part is the bed. Hardest bed I’ve ever slept on and the covers are basically a sheet! You can see through them. However for the money it could have been much worse.

Why was it 8.5 when it should be 4.5. Difficult to park and exit. Loud thin walls between rooms. My toliet seat hinged only one side. Dogs barking all night.

We've stayed here multiple times would love this place staff is great locations great definitely recommend this place if you're trying to take your family have a nice quiet stay with the kids close to Disneyland would give it 10 Stars if I could

Clean, spacious with helpful staff. Comfortable accommodations
