Cà de Marge

Corniglia was a small authentic Cinque Terre treasure! We loved the less touristy feel of the town and the views were fabulous! We were able to use the shuttle bus to get to/from train station most of the time. We visited all of the other towns and were glad we stayed here! Also very close to hiking trail to Vernazza which was challenging but had spectacular views!

If you don't like stairs the property is on 3 levels which might be a deterrent for those with mobility issues.

Beautiful house in the heart of corneglia. Cristina was lovely and very easy to communicate with. The house is very clean, with an air cond and a beautiful view. I highly recommend staying there. 👌

Door code was provided in advance of arrival. Easy access and great specific directions to the apartment. Great communications throughout. We would definitely stay here again.

The view from the bedroom & balcony was terrific, overlooking the Mediterranean. The bed & pillows were comfy. The washer was easy. The extra bathroom at the top floor with kitchen & balcony. Nice location after we got to house for restaurants.

The 3 floors with the bathrooms at top & bottom. The scratchy walls as I was having difficulty with the many steps & using the walls. The No Parking!!! I was promised parking. Thank goodness, I had Handicapped placard. It’s tough with luggage on the walkways up to the house. Many, many steps.

The host allowed us to check in earlier. Convenient location of the apartment.

This accommodation exceeded all my expectations in every way. Corniglia is a beautiful village and I loved being based here for my trip to Cinque Terre. The apartment offered complete comfort and tranquility and a real home from home feel. I loved having the spacious balcony where I could sit outside and enjoy the amazing view and to hear the waves crashing against the rocks down below. Everything I needed was provided in the kitchen and there are numerous food shops nearby, so it was easy buy all the local produce I needed for my meals. I found the walk up the road from the station easier than the steps, a more gentle climb. I didn't use the bus service as it was much nicer walking up through the village, seeing the gardens and vineyards along the way.

No negatives to report.

The property was great--we loved our stay in Corniglia! The place was just what we hoped for.

My only complaint for the whole trip was that Cristina confused us with someone else the morning of our departure, told us we were just free to go with nothing further to do, realized that night she had forgotten to ask for the tourist tax, and then getting it to her (she couldn't take a credit card) was hard since we were out of the country. But all in all, it was still a great stay and I would recommend it to others.
