Blisko do centrum spacerem, apartament przestronny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony.

Brak dedykowanego parkingu, auto można zostawić na wąskim chodniku przed domem lub na pobliskim darmowym parkingu 100m dalej. Nie stanowi to jednak problemu w przypadku auta osobowego.
