The stuff were great, they were very kind, professional and helpful. It was near to almost everything (shop, supermarkets, banks, restaurants).

Shower was very slow and the water was not hot enough.

The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, particularly as we arrived very early, and they were very willing to assist even if we couldn't access a room. And the position, within walking distance of nice shops and restaurants.

I stayed in their family suite, which included two double beds, for one night. The room was spacious, clean, and offered excellent value for money. I was especially impressed by the front desk staff, particularly Mr. Adnan, who was very kind and cooperative. I highly recommend this place for families. Special thanks for keeping my luggage safe during my visit to Murree.

There’s nothing major to point out, but there’s always room for improvement. I would suggest enhancing the washroom setup a bit and replacing the washbasin.

The room was spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

The only disappointment during my stay was a staff member attempting to speak too casually, which I found unprofessional. Additionally, the side table in the room was damaged, possibly by a strong liquid or some unknown substance, and I was unfairly blamed for it and charged. This was my second visit to the property, but due to this behavior, I will not be returning again.
