"Good location, spacious rooms but need to work on provision of good services and facilities."

The location is excellent. Very key location at least for myself. The staff is cordial.

There are few areas of improvement: 1. No working kitchen (Only tea or breakfast can be provided, which i don't recommend, the rest they will have bring it from the outside). 2. Bills are not properly maintained. This is the second time staff had confusion about my bills, advance paid etc. 3. No facility for payment through credit/debit card etc.
