New Cozy Apartment in the Poblado, San Lucas

Had everything we needed. Cute with good wifi.

It's a little small, especially the bathroom.

Everything. Pictures don’t match the reality. We found cockroaches and spiders in the leaving room and closets. The sink in the bathroom was pouring out water, one of us almost fell as we didn’t know that. The shower had plugged right in the wall a cable connected to the sprinkler for the hot water with the cables hanging from the sealing (absolutely dangerous).

Staff was friendly, kind and accomodating. Tried their best but cannot overcome an owner/operator who is more then comfortable misleading guests in the advertisement. Quiet area. Apartment was clean.

Apartment 207B is advertised as two bedrooms. It is one bedroom with a bed in the living room. Owner charges a cleaning fee which was billed to me twice despite me not leaving the apartment as I was on consecutive reservations. Owner requires a bizarre wire transfer of deposit and threatens not to honor reservation if transfer is not made prior to arrival. No hot water in apartment, barely warm and very weak water pressure. Property advertised with laundery, no laundry facilities in apartment, only a laundry service provided for a fee, once again very misleading. Plastic covers under pillowcases. Mould on ceilings in bathroom and bedroom. Apartment is in San Lucas which technically is in Poblado but is over 5km to the centre requiring a taxi in and out of Poblado. It is rare I leave a bad review but I was very very disappointed with the websites advertisement which borders on fiction. Read all fine print before booking at this property and perhaps the owner will read the review, stop cutting corners and being greedy.
