The operator/owner is excellent. Rooms are very clean. Good old fashioned personal service. Not the newest of hotels, but you can definitely see the maximum effort and attention and cleanliness and personal service. Nothing is too much trouble.

Older property but very clean and tidy. Set back from the main road so we could barely hear the trucks. A short walk to the Big Orange on the corner, which has great meals for breakfast or lunch or a cuppa. Friendly owners, we'd happily stay again.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom
