Otelin yeri çok güzel, oda oldukça iyi ısınıyordu

Oda çok pisti, tuvalet kagıdı ve sabun yoktu, hijyen açısından çok kötüydü, ilgilenen kimse yoktu, ayrıca otel müsterisi olmamıza ragmen bir kişi otopark için günlük 30 leva istedi,neden müşterisi oldugumuz otele otopark alıyorsunuzu ki, böylelikle biz de başka otoparka 54 leva (3 günlük) odemek zorumda kaldık, kimseye tavsiye etmeyecegim. Ayrıca 3 yetişkin bir çocuk için kşraladığımız odada yatılabilecek sadece 2 kişilik yatak vardı, niye bu odayı bize verdiniz

"Would revisit!"

Location is spot on, staff was very nice and they took good care of us. Communication was smooth.

They could put some more effort in cleaning, bathroom could be upgraded.
