Apartmány CAFÉ-CAFÉ

The apartment location is very good, just in the center of Jicin (which is a lovely city). The building is fully renovated, so toilet and shower looks like new. You have all the facilities for a long stay - dishwasher, stove, washing machine (!) and so on. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, great for a small family (2/3 kids). Ah - and the cafe downstairs is a real bonus - try their cakes - you won't be sorry!

For us this wasn't a big deal - but keep in mind this is a building with no elevator, so you may need to lift your luggage a few stairs... The WiFi (which is probably shared with the Cafe) could be a bit better - but as above - this wasn't a big deal in our case.

First but not least, the service, Igor and his family and staff are so friendly and always happy to assist. English speakers are very welcome. The location is great, right next to the big square, and a short walk from the long beautiful avenue of trees for an afternoon stroll. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The coffee shop at the entrance is great, nice breakfast and they have one of the best coffee I had in Czech Republic ☕ We would definitely be happy to come back again

Small things that showed thinking for the guests needs. Air fresher in the bathroom, tea in the kitchen, sponge and the cleaning soap for dishes. Everything that usually isn’t available was available there.

The stairs might be problematic for some, there’s no elevator. To me that’s perfectly fine but for others it could be a problem (either for kids, dogs, older guests).

Perfect location. Owner is Very friendly and helpful. Good coffee, cakes, sandwiches downstairs in his cafe. Clean and new apartment with all what you need during your stay.

It was clean spacious and safe and the location was perfect. The host is amazing very helpful and friendly. Everything about our stay was perfect!
