Porto Bello Nafplio

The location is fantastic. The apartment was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. Karathona Beach is wonderful, just a few minutes by car from the center.

A laundry facility would make the stay more comfortable and improve the overall service.

Soba je šarmantna, uređena sa stilom, komforna sa ogromnim udobnim krevetom i lepom malom terasom sa pogledom na krovove grada.

U periodu od 3 dana u susednom apartmanu je bila petočlana porodica koja je bila malo bučnija. Srećom nisu dugo ostali. Nekih drugih većih zamerki nemamo, ali treba naglasiti da do apartmana ima dosta stepenica što nama nije smetalo...

63 steps to the apartment, extra 17 steps to my room. The response from management was non existent. No check in/out info! Didn’t know where to check in. The name for checkin place is different from actual room location! I walked at top of stairs and the guy just happened to be checking someone in. He said checkin was “down there”. Great! Communicate that prior to checkin!! The guy gave me his WhatsApp. I asked for an iron, never responded. Just left me on read.

Fantastic view over Nafplio from the sun terrace. Comfortable main bedroom (didn’t sleep in upstairs bedroom as too hot).

We were told there was no sun parasol for the roof terrace as it was broken- however m, it turned up on the sun terrace on our last day. Stairs from main bedroom to upstairs bedroom/kitchen area are quite dangerous and would not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. There were a total of 107 steps down to the main streets from the apartment and of course after an evening out- 107 steps back up! Very tiring in the heat of summer. Communication with staff was very poor and they did not tell us hardly anything about the property

Well located if you want to be in the heart of the village.

It was not clear at booking that it would be a long walk from car park, then over 70 steps to the hotel, then another flight to the room. We’re in good shape for mid 70’s BUT this was tough!

Cute large room, basic amenities with quirky decor and cat pillows. Excellent location in the heart of Nafplion. View from the balcony across into the new town area, quiet neighbourhood.

The bed in our room was two single beds with a mattress topper, so it was less comfortable when towards the centre of the bed as we slept as a couple. Each morning we were woken by the sound of heavy running water through the building pipes which was unexpected and we weren't sure where it was from. The cleanliness under the bed was not great on the first night (very dusty, dead bugs).
