Matei Residence

Everything! This apartment is amazing. It has EVERYTHING you might want on a getaway, a home away from home. It starts with the clear and very friendly communication with the owner. Very spacious and functional, comfortable, furnished with great taste, extremely clean, in a great, quiet location. Very convenient particularly if you travel by car or take a rental car (free, safe parking included). It is also only 15-minutes walk from a great farmer's market (Piata Cibin where you can buy anything you want to make full use of the fully-equipped kitchen in the apartment. It is 25-30 minutes walk from Old Town Center, yet it has very easy, straight forward access to highway A1. We were extremely happy with our choice. Nothing less than "perfect" or 10+ would be a fair rating of this apartment and owner.

Everything was fabulous! A beautiful apartment within walking distance to old town and all of the sites. The accommodation is spacious, and we were welcomed with snacks and drinks. We will definitely book again and recommend it to everyone. The parking space is right outside the front door, and the area is nice and peaceful. The host is lovely!

It was better than advertised. The owners are very friendly and are prompt to respond for any request or question. The self checkin process is also very helpfull and was described perfectly (you could not go wrong). You have everything in the residence you could need for a stay. Very clean and very welcoming.

I would not say i didn’t like it, it was just something we where missing, a coffee filter. But this should not count as a minus towards the residence.

We arrived at the place and there were treats for the children and drinks waiting for us! The fridge was full of good things. The house had everything we needed from washing machine and laundry products till reusable bags for shopping . It seems that they thought of every detail from a seat for a toddler to a toilet till a clothes we stand. We felt at home, there is no doubt that we will come back again!

I liked the instruction and the overall look and feel of the apartment. Very clean, well-designed, and very, very spacious. The host was very welcoming and we felt at home while staying at the property. Certainly recommended!

The entire experience was extraordinary - from cleanliness, to facilities (everything was included, from regular facilities encountered at every hotel - air conditioning, wi fi, TV, toiletries etc - to toilet seat reducer, which was very convenient for our 2 year old). The best accommodation experience we've had so far.

Everything was great! The apartment exceeded our expectations! The hosts were very nice and super helpful. The apartment was impecable clean, fully equiped with everything you need in a home. Really everything!They even left candies for our kids, cereals and cocoa for breakfast. We will surely return here when we travel to Sibiu! Thanks a lot to the hosts for making our stay in Sibiu so comfortable!
