The Burlington Hotel

Polite staff location free parking and nice size room .and lovely patio. To have a drink outside

Noise from other guests and could of benefited from a fan in.the room as it was too warn in the room but would stay there again

Really good breakfast good bar and large beer garden

Since I started traveling at the age of 18, I have had the opportunity or the possibility or the need to spend the night in all kinds of motels and hotels. Spending the night at The Burlington (someone has the courage to call it a hotel) was a shock and at the same time the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in terms of hotels. Starting from the bed linen that we had to put in the closet of the room to the chicken coop on the window, I'm just talking about the fact that it was so hot in the room that was not equipped with air conditioning, I went down to the reception to ask a staff member to come and try to open the door that led to a small courtyard so that a little air could enter to ventilate the room, the answer was complete indifference, an attitude that led you to the fact that it was as if the hotel staff themselves were trying to boycott themselves. I showed up at check-in at 13:20, the Booking app shows me that it was supposed to be done at 14:00, I asked politely if I could check in earlier than 14:00 and guess what? I was told that it couldn't be done earlier than 15:00, and to leave them my phone number so they would call me when the rooms were ready, and I didn't receive any call until I decided to contact them and remind them that we still had a check-in to do (this happens around 17:00. I have to admit that the next day when we were supposed to check out they were very careful to contact us and tell us that we had to leave the room by 12:00, there is still something professional about that place.
