Good morning. I am not at all satisfied with how the arrival of my technician was handled. When I made the booking, I entered the CVV code of the credit card as my proof that the booking was paid. (Then why does booking.com ask for the CVV number?). My technician arrived there at 22h35 and was tired, then he still had to struggle with this issue as well. This is completely unacceptable. I no longer feel like meeting you and making a booking with you. Maybe you should update your arrangement at booking.com?
