"Annoyed and frustrated"

The pillows was filthy. The covers was clean but it still gave me rash and smelled horrible! There was black mold on the walls and ceiling! The worst was that even though there is an option to change your time of stay they literally didn't do anything to let me do that! I ended up paying for 6 days but only stayed 4. So money lost!

After booking, no one came to open the gate, it felt unsafe, we called and no response,there was no honesty. I received a horrible service. Improve

Open the gate at least ,why leave guests hanging ,if they booked
