Gute Lage! Sehr zentral! Sehr gute Weinbar!

Bei der momentanen herrschenden Hitze ohne Klimaanlage im Zimmer war an Schlaf leider nicht zu denken.

"Nice pleasant hotel on Mosel river"

Nice staff , great breakfast , room was a good size and comfortable . Bathroom was nice . Generally a reasonably pleasant hotel to stay at .

The room felt very dated - the hotel has the potential to offer some fantastic rooms with some investment . The hotel can’t help the weather but it could do with improving the hotel to cope with heat - fan in the breakfast room for example and external shutters .

"Nettes Hotel, direkt an der Uferpromenade. Ich komme gerne wieder ."

Das Frühstück war ganz ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig. Besonders das frische warme Körnerbrot war super lecker. Der Service war hervorragend, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafür nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln

Die besondere Lage des Hotels.

Leider fehlte ein Personenaufzug. Gepäck in die oberen Zimmer zu bringen ist schon anstrengend.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Large room with a wonderful view. Quiet. Breakfast was amazing.

No air conditioning. No elevator.

"Mooi, maar moeilijk"

De ligging erg mooi. Het uitzicht heel mooi. De kamer ruim en het bed prima. De badkamer ook netjes. Wij hadden een zithoekje wat erg fijn was.

Geen lift, zeer moeilijke trappen. Helaas zouden wij dit hotel miet meer uitkiezen, ondanks bovenstaande.

"Hat soweit alles gepasst"

Sehr zentral gelegen; Reichhaltiges Frühstück; freundliches Personal

Zimmer teilweise im 4.Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Keine Wasserflasche im Zimmer, mit der Begründung das man dem Personal das nicht zumuten kann, da es keinen Aufzug gibt. Wir hatten Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer. Aber es wurden auch für zwei Personen Frühstück bezahlt. Hier gab es kein entgekommen oder ein kleines Goody. Bei Booking wurde ein kostenfreie Stornierung bis Ende April bestätigt. Irgendwo im Kleingedruckten steht dann bei der Buchung für 5 Personen gibt es gesonderte Bedingungen.
