A Continental breakfast can be arranged at an extra fee if booked in advance of arrival. An additional cost is required for the following services: laundry. Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except all day on Wednesday and on Sunday afternoons outside of French school holidays. "Pas cher donc bien pour avoir un endroit pour dormir mais il ne faut pas s attendre à plus"

Meubles abimes Literie inconfortable Très peu de vaisselle Animations trop peu nombreuses et sans effort ( soirée dansante sans lumière , pas d enchaînement des musiques , pas de déco ) La plage paraît toute proche sur la photo mais elle est à 3 km

"Résidence labellisée VACAF"

Seuls points positifs : personnel accueillant et le sentier qui mène à la plage de Sauveterre.

Logement insalubre à l’arrivée (2h minimum de ménage nécessaires, traces de gel douche, poils/cheveux dans la baignoires, sol noir de crasse). En 3 semaines, jamais vu une équipe de nettoyage. Le nettoyage depend des locataires précédents. Prestation médiocre pour 3800€ (wifi/tele/serviettes/draps payants, piscines vieillottes). La résidence est labellisée VACAF, ce qui se ressent sur l’ambiance : vacanciers bruyants, irrespectueux, impression d’un centre social plus que d’une résidence de vacances. A fuir !

"Très bon séjour en famille"

J'ai aimé le logement avec les arbres qui entourent la terrasse et surtout le fait que ce soit tout piéton (avec enfants c'est parfait pour la sécurité).Nous avons très bien mangé à la cabane et avons vraiment apprécié la piscine et les toboggans Et la plage de Sauveterre est géniale mais il faut y aller tôt pour pouvoir se garer😍

Juste le fait d'être obligé de prendre la voiture pour acheter qq chose ou aller à l'océan

Het was een heel ontspannen vakantie en echt alleen maar Fransen om je heen. Heerlijk kunnen zwemmen en lekker privé in het huisje die ook ondanks de warmte lekker koel is. Het park zelf mooi en nog geen 10 minuten rijden supermarkt en winkels waar je heerlijk kan shoppen. Strand is ook met de auto nog geen 7 minuten rijden op loopafstand hebben wij het niet geprobeerd maar ook het strand is geweldig! Ook met vragen konden we zo naar hen toe en werden we geholpen. Fijne medewerkers!

Er was het 1 en ander stuk in huisje (maar er word in de wintermaanden gerenoveerd dus begrijpelijk) en we hadden meer voor de kinderen qua entertainment verwacht!

✅️Le personnel et leur aide, ✅️ l'accueil en général.. ✅️Lits très confortables. . ✅️ tranquillité du site ✅️ 4 piscines

❌️Maison non climatisée, même pas 1 ventilateur. ❌️Manque d'une machine à laver dedans. ❌️Au portail d'entrée, les pads pour le code sont inversés ce qui rend l'accès compliqué entre sortants et rentrants, de plus l'accès est dans un virage, sortie dangereuse. ❌️ l'eau de la piscine n'était plus très propre en août.
