- Location. It is the best thing in this apartment. - Good washing machine - Good WiFi - Parking option - Elevator in the building - Heating existing

- It was very dusty (photos are attached). Dust was everywhere (on microwave, on shelves, on lamps). Spiderwebs were in many corners, also in the kitchen. The dirtiest apartment I have ever booked. - Very poor sound insulation. When my neighbours were talking I can listen and understand their words. My neighbours were noisy, so it was a problem to sleep. If it would be a little kid it will be impossible to sleep. If you like silence you will have difficult with it. Also, the inner court of the building was also very noisy. - Uncomfortable bathroom. No heating inside. No ventilation, so you have to open the little window which is high more than 2 meters. Entrance door to bathroom opening in wrong way, so it is very inconvenient. - Living room is separated on two levels. On the second level there is a bed. If it is winter there is very big problem to deliver fresh air on the second level because of the height of the apartment. It will be very cold on the first level, but it still will be cold and stuffy on the second level. - Very little fridge in the kitchen. If you like cooking and planning to stay here for a long time it will be a problem to store your products. - Communication with owner. It was chaotic. He was unable normally explain were he waiting us when we arrived. Then he sent me a message that we should left apartment on the next day while we booked mote days. Than he can't explain where should I left parking keys.

Everything was perfect. When we return to Budapest, we will stay here again. We felt at home! Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness! We wholeheartedly recommend!

The location, the apartment size and amenities. It was comfortable for us as we traveled with a baby. Also it was quiet, although there was renovation of one apartment on the floor below.

For us the apartment was not clean enough. The floor in the living room was quite dirty. We wouldn’t notice if we weren’t with a baby. But since the baby was crawling on the floor and his clothes became dirty we found out that actually the place is not clean. There was cleaning supplies and I washes it like 4-5 times, just to be sure it is safe for our baby. So definitely I would recommend to the facility to improve their cleaning process. I was very surprised to see how dirty it was. And there was a lot of dust as well.
