The apartment is very spacious, has everything you need. AC works very well. Very good quality and price. We had several stays in Rhodes. It was the best apartment we came across.

We had a little problems with ants. From the ventilation in the bathroom from time to time you could smell cigarette smoke, but luckily it was possible to close the ventilation.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is new, modern, spacious and airy. Well protected from high outdoor temperatures. Wifi worked well, without problems. We were pleased with the terrace and also the possibility of access to the nearby swimming pool. We appreciated the smooth and fast communication with Ilias, whenever we needed something he was there for us. When we extended our stay by one night due to a late departure, we could only pay a fraction, thank you!

The property is outside the city, in a newly emerging development, without greenery and the possibility of walking or spending time outside. On the other hand, two different beaches were within walking distance, as well as a supermarket, a bus stop and the pool of a nearby hotel, which we had free access to. There were plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.

Terrace, beds in sleeping rooms, washing machine, spacious rooms, blender for cocktails, spacious wardrobes and a lot of hangers. Clear instructions and support from the host.

Weak Noise isolation - could hear other rooms. Toilet flash - need to pump it get if working. Need more mirrors in main room and bed rooms. Too far walk distance to the beach. Missed chairs at balconies of sleeping rooms. Instructions how to handle waste - plastic, paper and other.

We had a great stay in this appartment. The host (Mr Ftaklakis) was really great and he was always accessible for whatever we needed. I must own up to the fact that the owner and the appartment exceeded our expectations. We stayed there for 14 days and we really enjoyed it. The appartment itself was modern and it had all the amenities someone needs when goes on vacation (apart from dishwasher). We would definitely choose again this apartment if we ever go again to Rhodes.

Nothing obvious that I would really says as real negative. If I need to say one that would be that there is no dishwasher. If you go just to relax and you dont want to do anything, it can be annoying even washing the dishes. But to be fair at the same time, the amenities description is pretty clear on this (does not mention dishwasher) so this is feedback to maybe think about putting one
