Clean, comfortable bed, nice decor, and very friendly and helpful owner. We were so impressed that Nathan got up at the crack of dawn to ensure our taxi to the train station had arrived and even offered to take us if it didn’t (thankfully the taxi turned up albeit quite late!) Really appreciate Nathan’s offer to help us when we needed it and had the risk of missing our train.

It was insane. I notified owner that we arrive at night. Everything was arranged. It was dark at Goa we took a taxi. Came to the place. Massive amount of dogs barking at us. I texted the owner. No reply. Then I knocked the door. Nothing. We were stuck at this point coz there is no hotels around that can accommodate in the middle of the night. We were happy to meet some helpful people on the street and they helped us. But this hotel deserves the lowest rate.

Location was good. Being vegetarian we couldn't enjoy your breakfast

Sanitary like bath towels could have been changed daily. Also cleaning rooms could have been done daily.

The B&B is extremely well maintained and very well appointed. The rooms are very smartly decorated and have all the necessities. The owners kept track of our needs, in spite of being on a foreign trip. The caretaker took good care.

The only slight difficulty was that the luggage has to be lugged one floor. Wouldn't be a problem in the usual course of things, but, as we were on a long trip, our bags were a bit heavy. And the breakfast could be better.
