Lipsa apa rece și calda. Atitudinea receptionerului când i-am adus la cunoștința ca nu este apa care a replicat “” ca hotelul e plin și sa astept ca ceilalți sa nu mai folosească apa “”. Micul dejun slab .

"Satisfăcător"

Mi-a plăcut faptul că este in soseaua principala, curtea este frumoasa. Camerele inferioare sunt foarte frumoase, a fost renovat hotelul pana la etajul 3.

Am avut camera pentru 3 persoane ( 2 adulti si un copil) si daca stiam ca va fi la mansarda, respectiv etajul 4 fara lift si fara geam pe care sa il poti deschide, nu faceam rezervare aici. Geamul doar se rabata. Liftul ca liftul..am facut miscare zilnic de cate 6 ori pe scari :)) dar sa nu existe aer curat in camera si mai ales la munte, m-a dezamăgit. Miros urat in camera, nu puteai macar sa aerisesti. Pana la etajul 3 inclusiv, mocheta a fost schimbata, la etajul 4 a ramas cea de acum 50 ani (habar n-am) este rupta, pătată. Micul dejun slăbuț, cafeaua f bună.
