OVEL HOTEL (LUXURY)

Excellent hotel. The staff were very hospitable and responsive. I stayed for 3 nights and my stay was quite comfortable and good.

The morning receptionist Gaurav was too prompt & very helpful. The foods though brought from outside but arranged by Hotel, was also sumptuous.

There were two receptionist- in the morning its was Gaurav who was too good but in the night it was Arjun who was not upto the mark. The staff was sleeping even at 7:30am in the morning. The bathroom had no tissues & also the shower was not working. There was no handwash kept beside the basin. The stay costed us Rs 3.5K+ for 1 day stay in co-sharing basis, the hotel amenities & the services does not warrant this high charge, I think if the acco charges are around Rs 2.5K for 1 day stay in co-sharing basis then it would be fine.

firstly the hotel is feels like u stayed in ur home. And the front desk staff was polite and helping person. Thnxx to team OVEL HOTEL Really Impressed

It's the 3rd time in this hotel. I am highly recommended this hotel for corporates Mr Gaurav was good man Really deserved Big thanks
