There was No knife,spoon,fork. There wasnt any cooktop also. So we couldnt prepare any dishes.

Its position is good.👍

The elevators always crowded and you have to wait more than 40 minutes to getting into your room. The hotel has about 10000 persons, but the 12 elevators can carry only 120 people. This is only 1.2% of the residents. This is awful and so bad.
