Amazing oasis of tranquility and lovely hosts. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in beautiful natural surroundings.

Unfortunately the weather let us down with constant rain but it didn't detract from the great experience.

Thank you so much Jen, Ian and Lexi. What a stunning location, the property is beautiful. We enjoyed yoga in the shala and a swim in the swimming hole. The grounds are really beautiful and so relaxing. We were also provided with beautiful home made biscuits. They really are such great hosts and make you feel right at home. We didn’t want to leave!

My partner and I stayed at Runaway last weekend & we had the most magical experience. The property was everything we needed for an escape, from the sound of the river to the gorgeous and tranquil bushland to explore we felt completely at peace. Jen and her lovely partner Ian made us feel at home and the facilities were luxurious.

The location is beautiful in the rainforest and beside a creek.

We booked and paid for a two bedroom house on one level, pet friendly with a private bathroom. We got a "pod" on two levels with a shared bathroom 5 metres away in a separate building. No hand wash basin or mirror in the "pod" although there was a toilet, handwashing after toileting and toothbrushing had to be done at the kitchen sink We were initially told that our dog would not be permitted in the bedrooms even though I had been very clear that my dog sleeps in his own bed beside mine and does not sleep in our bed. We were charged $250 cleaning fee

The service was amazing. Jen and Ian made sure everything was in place for our stay. Lexi showed us around the property and was always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nothing it was perfect.

Private, very special part of the world

It was a very quiet location, only hearing the sounds of the stream from the back yard. Totally relaxing and enjoyable. Very comfortable bed and a great fireplace.

The difference between the main house and the holiday Unit was considerable. When we come back we will try to stay in the main house if available.

Amazing property with gorgeous views and ambience. The accomodation was beautifully furnished and had amazing facilities.

This was a beautiful spot, so tranquil and relaxing. Jen, Ian and Lexie were beautiful to deal with. Especially with my booking being so last minute.
