Drayton Place Carriage Unit 1

I loved the unit and the fact that we were about 4-5 blocks from Forsyth Park which was an easy walk . My husband and I took Lyfts all over town and it was very cheap since the Riverwalk and City Market were not close enough to walk to but not too far to drive. BE AWARE though that there are only 4 parking spaces behind the building that are first come, first serve. THE GOOD NEWS is there is plenty of non-metered parking spots on the street in front of the building so honestly, we never had a problem parking. All and all, my husband and I would stay at this place again since I found it reasonably priced. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept better there than we have in a long time. This place made me wish I had a bathroom that size at my own home lol I would definitely recommend staying at this unit.

The ONLY thing I had a problem with was the shower. I realize it's an old building but be aware that the stream is light and if you have thick hair it may take a few extra minutes to get all the shampoo out. It also takes a few minutes for the water to get warm but once it does, it stays warm. Other than that, the unit was great and was very clean. I also felt very safe in the neighborhood where the house is located.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Convenient location and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants, a couple within 2 blocks. Parking and getting into the place was very easy.

Close to a busy road. A little noisy at night.

Very clean and looked brand new.

You can hear cars passing by all through the night. The parking spots were very tight between light poles.
