The Riva Apartment Sirmione

Geweldige locatie vlakbij het meer. Erg netjes en van alles voorzien. Ontzettend rustig!

Misschien even vermelden dat de zwembadrand erg ruw is (nu te laat opgemerkt waardoor 3 nieuwe zwembroeken beschadigd waren na enkele dagen gebruik) Indien je dat weet hou je hier rekening mee en wissel je misschien niet zo vaak af of let je erop om geen gebruik te maken van de zwembadrand. Vrij late check in. Zou fijn zijn om ten laatste rond de middag de accommodatie te kunnen betreden omwille van het warme weer en mogelijkheid tot verfrissen. (kwam wel door tijd die poetsploeg nodig had wegens complete bezetting op deze locatie) weinig opbergruimte

Was a good price for what it was. Liked the location close to the peninsula. Easy check in and check out. Great heating systems. Very easy to communicate with.

The place is not as advertised. We saw it on booking.com and the pictures are obviously very outdated. When we arrived it was nothing as was described. And they didn't let us know that the pool was going to be empty and that the tennis courts were overgrown and unusable. They stated it was a whole house to ourselves, and its a big outdated apartment building.

What a perfect location! So happy with this choice. It is a nice apartment with a great swimming pool and very close to the lake. We travelled with our small family of 3, with 1 kid. It was just perfect, the kid could sleep on the couch and we had the bedroom. The shower is clean and big enough, the beds are comfortable, both bedroom and the living room/kitchen have air conditioners and they work very well. You have 2 balconies, the big one is looking out on the pool, and you can even see a bit of the lake. You get personal sun beds at the pool that you can use during your stay. The host is very friendly, he met us upon our arrival and showed us to a great parking spot, took us to the apartment and explained everything and gave some advice about the places in the town. It was a great vacation. Would recommend it to friends.

Paolo was an excellent host, made us feel very friendly on arrival and was very quick to respond to queries. The apartment had a fun three level layout and a nice balcony overlooking the garden: great place to eat in the evening. All was well equipped for the four of us, and the pull out bed in the sitting room was pretty comfy. The shared pool and the garden around it were larger than we expected and in great condition. Though it's shared it was never crowded, and there was plenty of shade when we wanted to keep out of the sun. The apartments are in a great location... it's easy to get into Sirmione (good shuttle bus service) but is actually better for being slightly further out as it's pretty crowded up there. Much easier to get there on arrival. The flat has good lakeside access, is a good spot for morning runs. There are good shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Nothing really. Maybe it's good to note that the pool area is a fairly quiet area with most of the other residents of an older generation. Which is great, but maybe be aware if your kids are 'rowdy' :). Ours still had a lot of fun in the pool. And for much younger kids there was a big sandpit filled with toys, and for older a tennis court. Still a child friendly place.
