The accommodation was in a great location overlooking the ocean and close to everything. Would highly recommend

We had a truly wonderful stay. The apartment is stunning — beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and with an incredible view of the sea. The location couldn’t be better; everything you need is close by. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. We were kindly helped with our luggage both on arrival and departure, which we really appreciated. The parking space was also very convenient — not far from the apartment and nicely shaded. Overall, a perfect experience. We’d love to come back!

Wonderful location, couldn't be better! The view directly to the sea is unbeatable. The kitchen window overlooks the charming narrow street leading to the market. The 200 years old building is one of the landmark houses of the old town, but thoroughly renovated to a cozy, clean, mediterranean style place. The owner was a nice Italian guy living in the building, it was interesting to talk with him. The beach is nearby and beautiful, the atmosphere of Rovinj is relaxing and wonderful.

There were some flaws, e.g. the TV didn't work at all, and the managing agency didn't bother to do anything about it (fortunately the place is so nice, you don't feel like watching much TV there). Upon arrival, the agency showed us our parking lot in a nice abbey's yard and brought us then with a taxi till the old market, but from there we had to go on our own feet, with our luggage, to the apartment. It was exhausting. The way back upon checkout was okay, with an electric golf cart from the apartment to the parking place.

View, location, doors between rooms, layout, all were outstanding.

Only minor issues. Only one key, and door was only lockable with key, so we could not have one of us nap with a locked door. Few flat surfaces to spread out onto.
