A nossa estadia foi curta, mas muitíssimo boa , a localização do hotel a limpeza do hotel etc , etc, etc , foi tudo muitíssimo bom e todas as funcionárias do hotel foram mais que excelentes para connosco e receberam-nos de braços abertos e nunca nos faltou nada , queremos agradeçer ao Hotel Villa Aedan Sintra tudo de bom que nos ofereçeram durante a nossa estadia em Sintra Portugal , estamos a meditar em voltar novamente ao Hotel Aedan Sintra . El hotel solo nos permitía pagar a través de una transferencia bancaria, en este caso internacional, y nos lo comunicaron por whatsapp durante nuestra estancia en el hotel. Si no dispones de aparcamiento en el hotel, tienes que dejar el coche en la calle y abonar el parquímetro. ¡¡¡Llevar linterna porque, de noche, en el aparcamiento del hotel no hay luz y aquello es "la boca un lobo": puedes tropezar y caer!!! El hotel cuenta con jardines que están muy descuidados

The room was very clean. The heater was amazing. The water was hot when I needed to take a shower. The bed was also very comfortable. I loved that there was a coffee maker in the room with a little tea kettle. That made some of the cold nights much better.

I never once saw anybody at the reception desk. Nobody was there to welcome me when I got there. They don't have reception, so if you'll have a late flight, there are silly instructions to get in. She wanted me to call a phone number but my phone doesn't work in Europe. My Uber driver had to do it. I also never got to experience the breakfast that I paid for. For normal people, breakfast is at 7:00 in the morning. If you're out in Portugal exploring the beautiful country, you're not laying around like a lazy person in bed until 9:00 when they have their breakfast here. I find it unacceptable that breakfast started at 9:00 a.m. And I never got to experience it. I was always in my room by 8:00. I left one morning at 8:00 a.m.. How is it that I was there for 12 hours and didn't see a single person? I would also like management to consider looking at the nail sticking out of the floor by the bathroom in my room. It will be very dangerous for somebody to step on that.

A simpatia e disponibilidade da D. Eduarda, foi espetacular.

A temperatura no interior do quarto estava muito baixa e depois de ligar o A/C foram necessárias algumas horas para que ficasse mais confortável. O pequeno almoço foi bastante razoável, no entanto a qualidade do pão esteve abaixo do esperado. O jardim encontrava-se muito pouco cuidado o que é uma pena.

La atención de Eduarda. Una señora encantadora, atenta y disponible para ayudar en todo lo posible.

The hotel was easy to find. The host Eduarda was friendly. The room was clean. Bed was comfy and bathroom was large. The breakfast in the morning was nice with lots of choices.
