This was my first time staying here, I arrived with my partner after a weekend off in Etosha, then he left and I stayed on for work. As a woman alone only the second time in Windhoek I was a bit worried how it would be, but I felt that Ikon was perfect for a work trip, comfortable, good facilities including a very decent kitchenette, very clean, comfortable bed, reasonable internet, and secure. There aren't really staff on site if something goes wrong, but on the other hand the manager Kyra was very responsive when there was an issue with my key, so I think it's fine!

The room is very clean

The overall experience was great, clean apartment with all the essential items that makes you feel at home. Friendly and kind management. Great value for money.

A lovely apartment, well set up for a comfortable stay. Very secure, with secure parking. A short walk to a shopping mall and an easy drive into the centre. It was extraordinarily good value for money - I’d have considered it good value if it’d been twice as expensive!

This is a repeat business. Is the best place for me to stay when I am visiting Namibia on business for a week plus. Provided a good central base. Facilities and location is good. I do not want to recommend it to much otherwise it may be fully booked when I need to stay!! The rooms with balconies are slightly better than those without, but that is a minor issue

If you have a manual drive car, driving up into the car park and opening the entry gate can be a challenge.
