Great location, with hotels and malls just a short walk away The receptionist was considerate and understanding.

Our stay was extremely unpleasant. The room had a foul odor and was infested with cockroaches. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and often unavailable. In the middle of the night, there was an electricity outage, and even after complaining, there was no proper response from the staff. Shockingly, the peephole on the door was covered with a c****m wrapper, and outside the bathroom window, we found cigarette box and matchsticks. Overall, a very unhygienic and poorly maintained place.

Horrible staff and horrible facilities. Though ac room , ac switched off at 10pm and did not on till 7am. Next day night also same problem. They even never paid back the ac charges back. Offered another room which was not good. Fotos on site are really dummy. Never ever use this.i just gone there in April may 2025.

Rooms are very tiny, no work desk, But good location. Bed is comfortable.

Room tea cups/ glasses, not clean, even for late night checkin bombarding for chek out, A guy comes on door and ask me what time I will checkout?, ofcourse gave me little time 40 minutes , but again came to ask for checkout, and said it will cost more if I delay ( greed kills business).., However it was late checkin during night, expected to sleep bit more , but no scope, Every hotel across the world provie 1 to 2 hours in such cases as courtesy. Here No courtesy, despite there was enough time . Manager on duty is not helpful. Very tiny room, no place to keep a suitcase, no work desk. Very difficult to slied bathroom door. None of staff was helpful. it could be better if you have better people to manage, behaviour of front desk is more than pathetic and not helpful , even if they can sort out easily.
