the support staff

the place is new.. and can be maintained well. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious location is perfect for the tennis work we came for including laundry etc that's the only reason why we extended the stay!

a. staff are horrible. they don't clean the property, they act too pricey. not one person is good. they were checking out my teenage daughter in tennis clothes up and down making her feel uncomfortable b. staff sleeps till 9:30 and only wakes up just to yell at you. c. when asked to help clean and clear things, they just keep watching their phone. d. internet is terrible and we have to come to the front office to watch which is where the staff incessantly watches the phone e. the staff drags the towels through floors and lifts, so use the towels at your own risk f. courtesy is not known at all by these guys. three men.. all just dragging through the day g. bedsheets are rough and there is some silly reason that was given. so travel with ur bedsheets h, booking.com does not say foreigners are not allowed here! g. no card payment allowed only cash and we were charged 3500 for a 3400 bill h. first they gave a room where someone had smoked. oyo said it's a no smoking policy but each room as ash tray! all of them used and soiled I. took our license and didn't even bother returning until we realised, kept it with them. j. overall staff was laughing behind our backs speaking in a random language!
