Marvellous Design Studio Old Town

The apartment is located very near to the city center. It was nice and clean.

The apartment was as showed in photos. The location was perfect, in the heart of old town. The check in and check out was very easy and comfortable. The host was very responsive and with accurate explanations.

The apartment needs a deep clean, mainly the toilet. From time to time a strong toilet smell came through the house, so we were forced to sleep with the window open

Everything was great. Arrived in Bucharest at 8:00 in the morning, the administration of the appartament facilitated the settlement earlier than the scheduled arrival time.

The apartment is located in a nice area, 1 min walk from the center of Old Town. It was clean and tidy. Warm enough for winter season.

Very easy to access the keys. Excellent communication with the owner. Brilliant location can’t fault 👌🏼

Heater was not working, In last two days of stay, hot water was not working (from 31.12.23 till 01.01.24). I asked for help about hot water to take shower, property owner insisted on the hot water was running, not even came to check that actually hot water was running or not. Hold on! That's not all... After i checked out, the property owner send me a message that i have taken the hot water boiler or not? Think about it a tourist at Airport, leaving the country, takes a water boiler of an apartment on his back! They do not even help you about property problem that you have paid for, but accuse you of stealing the apartment's water boiler!... Pay more, stay at a hotel. Booking.com should take this property out of list.

The room was decorated lovely and it has plenty of space. There is a fridge, kettle, microwave and hairdryer. The bed is nice and roomy and a comfy mattress It is located very close to the old town.

The place was full of cockroaches! The bathroom was mouldy, and the whole apartment smelt like sewage. The shower doesn't drain properly and so quickly floods the entire bathroom. There weren't enough pillows, and when I requested more I was told there weren't any. Not enough towels-no towels to dry the dishes with. It is quite hard to find and located down a bit of a dodgy street, I would not have felt safe if travelling alone. It's also quite noisy at night with the local nightlife.
