Świetna lokalizacja, w mieszkaniu wszystko czego potrzeba na weekendowy wyjazd, właścicielka przemiła (mieszka w tej samej klatce i jest bardzo pomocna). Obok stare miasto i Palac Parlamentu, restauracje, kawiarnie i wypożyczalnia rowerów miejskich. Byliśmy zachwyceni.

Żadnych zastrzeżeń.

- great location - very friendly staff - a lot of attention to detail - a big room with all the necessary furniture - a lot of equipment and additional things in the kitchen

- slightly uncomfortable bed (partly because the mattress is soft and partly because there’s a thin mattress placed on top of the regular one, causing shifting) - little working space in the kitchen (a result of the trade-off with all the equipment - see pluses)

Everything was perfect. The room very clean, equipped and the bathroom excellent! It had even shampoos, hair dryer. The kitchen also had all the necessities. The location was super, near the old city and the metro station. The hosts very kind and friendly!

The apartment had everything I needed for my 3 night stay and it was at a great location relative to the old town. The instructions shared via Whatsapp helped me locate the entrance to the building as Google Maps leads you to a different side altogether. Check in was easy. The apartment was on the first floor and I took three flight of stairs, but there is an old school elevator that starts one flight of stairs up if that is needed.

The bed/pillows were a little less comfortable than am used to. The most inconvenience was that they had no arrangements for any luggage area for post checkout drop-off (something most other top rated apartment and airbnb hosts have taken initiative on and arranged, in my experience). It was a decent stay overall but was also the only place in my 9 country tour this time where I had to drag my bags half a mile after checkout and use paid services on Bounce to store my bags till my late evening bus. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- P.S. This updated segment below is after the unexpected property response to the review - since there are some clear untruths stated in the response. I have no idea why this was necessary - There were no major brickbats in my review except the absolutely fair comparison against hundreds of other stays I have undertaken in Europe. :) 1. I never gave low scores for location - mentioned the convenience in my review as well. 2. I did give a below average score for personnel (there is no score of 5 - it is either above average or below average on a 4 point scale in Booking.com) because irrespective of what the standard of care is with other guests - in my 3 night stay, I did NOT in fact receive prompt responses to outreach - I had to follow up to receive a response. And that is below average for me. The implication that I was the problem is unprofessional and not worthy of a response. I have never met the hosts and have nothing against them (and I presume they were just busy with other things during the days I was there). I am sure they are lovely people in general. My experience of interaction with them just fell short of the hundreds of others I have met and stayed with across Europe. Please do not resort to bullying guests for 9 or 10 in review scores if their experience was worthy of an 8. It may just have been one not great stay. That's all.
