Es war rundum perfekt! Beim Frühstück genießt man eine wundervolle Aussieht, die Betten waren sehr bequem, Greenpoint ist fußläufig erreichbar und Sandy ist eine warmherzige Gastgeberin, die einem immer mit Tipps zur Seite steht. Thank you very much!

"A slice of serenity in the chaos of everyday life."

I loved everything about Villa Marina, what is advertised is exactly what you get clean, spacious, beautiful view and the works. It's close to everything, you can just walk. Housing keeping lady is a ray of shine and Sandy... oh Sandy, words escape me when I have to explain how wonderful she is. She made me feel like I've known her my whole life. A very caring, compassionate and considerate soul. I'll use Villa Marina every chance I get. I'm astonished by the place.

what's not to like. I am all round happy with the place.

Die Besitzerin der Unterkunft ist so unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist super lekker und vielfältig. Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft ist genial und man wohnt trotzdem etwas zurück gezogen. Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar..Wir kommen wieder!

"Heartfelt stay with wonderful view"

A wonderful guesthouse with Sandy and Catherine doing a great job of making sure you are comfortable and well looked after. Clean, neat and such a spectacular view of bay.

Guesthouse is closing down in December.

"Perfekte Unterkunft in super Lage mit traumhaften Ausblick"

Die Gastgeberin Sandy ist super herzlich und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Aussicht ist super schön und man kann zu Fuß zur Waterfront laufen. Der Privatparkplatz in der Garage hat ebenfalls ein gutes Gefühl geben. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls super - beste Käseomelette überhaupt!

Sandy was a wonderful, charming hostess - so friendly, engaging and helpful. Clean comfortable room with amazing view towards the sea. Great breakfast! V close to the Waterfront. Overall, great stay!
