Cannot say enough good things about this Guest House: large room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, amazing view. Sandy is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with prior to arrival and was so helpful and welcoming while there.

Sandy was a lovely friendly host. Her advice was so useful. Where to go, where to eat etc. Our best evening meal was on her recommendation. The breakfast was a great start to the day. The room was perfect.

"Home away from home"

The location is close to waterfront and close to the city. The view is stunning. The stuff is so friendly. Sandy and Caroline made us feel at home. Thank you.

The bed. I like to cuddle so the two single beds were annoying.
