Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden, das Personal extrem freundlich, alles war perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Tausend Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. :):):):):):) 10 Punkte!!!!! Jazz und Medison waren herausragende Gastgeber!!!

Unser Zimmer Penguin war ein bißchen zu klein für 2 Personen, da wir auch 2 große Koffer hatten. Trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

"Overall a pleasant stay for two nights, but the who place is looking a bit tired and needs some love."

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The guest house is located at the top of town, which is quite a walk down to the restaurants etc. (25mins walk down and a lot longer back up the steep hills). Being at the top of town, it can be quite breezy.

De locatie is top! Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de kamer en bij het zwembad! Super aardige ontvangst!! Vriendelijk personeel. Hele ruime kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt.

We vonden de inrichting gedateerd. En zagen hier en daar achterstallig onderhoud. Wij wilden de accommodatie voor aankomst bereiken i.v.m. onze late aankomst en dit lukte niet, geen antwoord via mail, sms, booking.com of telefoon. Ook booking.com kreeg geen contact met de accommodatie. Pas op het laatste moment antwoord. Dit hebben we wel als nadelig ervaren.

Fantastic stay at diamond house, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, we were allowed to check in early and make use of the facilities after we checked out as our flight was late. Lovely pool area with fab views. The guest house is situated high above camp’s bay (roughly 20min walk down) but loads of Ubers available. If your feeling adventurous you can go on some fantastic hikes right from the front door, we walked all the way to the V&A waterfront via the ‘Pipe Track’ and then signal hill, 12km in total but the views are absolutely breathtaking……. Plenty of safe parking in a smart neighbourhood And a lovely fresh breakfast to start the day with plentiful tea and coffee

Decor could do with a refresh, things like the headboard, and side tables a bit tatty but this in no way detracted from our stay
