The location is wonderful. The apartment came with a hair dryer, and the heating worked quite well sometimes.

The staff was rude from the very first call. I arrived 8 hours earlier than the check-in time (7 o’clock) and phoned the number listed in the app to ask if early check-in was possible or if I could at least store my baggage on the property. They responded very rudely, telling me to go spend my time at the nearby shopping center, which didn’t open until 10 o’clock. When I returned at the correct check-in time, I called again. They said they had sent all the self-check-in information via the app. After thoroughly checking the app, I told them I hadn’t received any messages. In a very rude manner, they insisted that I must have missed it. I checked carefully, and indeed, there were no messages; they had sent it via the phone’s messaging app instead. Once I finally got into the apartment, I noticed the flooring creaked loudly, the bathroom was foul, and there was a strong smell of mold. The bathtub was difficult to use because your shoulder would hit the Z-shaped wall, there was no shower curtain, and the shower head was broken and the towels smelled awful. The water was only warm, not hot. The kitchen was dirty as well: the microwave was filthy, the supplies provided were poor, the pan had no lid, and the cutting board was falling apart (it was made of chipboard). The bedroom was okay overall, but the pillows were unusual: one lacked enough filling, while the other had too much. The blanket also built up static electricity. Although the apartment had many sockets, only three actually worked. The living room had two chairs near the table, and both were dirty.

Το σπίτι ήταν παλιό αλλά το μπάνιο χαλούσε όλη την εικόνα. Ηταν κρύο λόγω του παραθύρου, το καζανάκι δεν δούλευε σωστά και μύριζε απίστευτα η αποχέτευση, ενώ δεν υπήρχε καν κάποια κουρτίνα ή πατάκι. Ακόμη, το ζεστό νερό τελείωνε στα 5 λεπτά. Στα παράθυρα επίσης δεν έχει κουρτίνες και φαίνεσαι απ έξω. Επίσης το τρίτο κρεβάτι έπρεπε να το ανοίξουμε και να το στρώσουμε μόνοι μας.

Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo pomocny i miły właściciel. Duże wygodne łóżko z czystą pościelą.

Niestety nie do końca było czysto w łazience oraz kubki były brudne. Brakowało jednego prześcieradła i czajnika. Gdyby wyposażenie kuchni było odrobinę większe np. dwa talerze, garnek byłoby znacznie wygodniej.
