We stayed at one of the corner rooms that have a Ganga view. The quaint room was decorated with utmost taste and falling asleep and waking up to the sounds and carresing winds of Ganga river is something else...will definitely stay there again

Location was supeb and also the room was excellent

No additional staff for room service, one caretaken family stay there who takes care of everything

Fantastic location. The ambience was wonderful. It was like a 5 star hotel with a homely touch. Clean rooms, soft beds, soft fluffy pillows with crisp covers. Hot water in the wash basin. All the small things are well taken care of.The hotel has a simple rustic charm that gets to you.It is run by a small family who are great and caring hosts and give a different personal touch with their warm hospitality. The hotel has a verandah that serves like a common room with sofa and a small dining table.It has a small charming little courtyard with a guava tree as a centre piece. You can lounge here. Spend the afternoon reading a book or with your laptop.The courtyard is fully private where you can see and hear the pulse and throb of the market buzz from a protected environment. The best part is it is located bang next to the Ganges. You can see the river right out of the window. You can hear it gushing and gurgling. The hotel has it's own private ghat where you can bathe in the Ganga without disturbance. You can also go on the roof and catch the sunrise and also the nearby religious activities going on in the various ghats The location is at the heart of haridwar near Har Ki Pauri. The market buzz, all the happening things including the Mansa Devi temple are a few minutes walk away. You can enjoy the essence of the holy city of haridwar from this place. This place may not be suitable for large groups simply because I have seen a large group destroy the serenity of this place. But a perfect place for solo, couple or a family of 4.

It's location. Private ghat And the female staff was very good and coperative

Hygiene was poor. And was expensive for facilities

Breakfast was not complimentary, we ordered it. It was good and staff were cooperative and well behaved. Food was good.

Double rooms may be much bigger. It could be great if few double bed rooms have the river face facility.
