Annyira büdös volt a lépcsőházban is,a lakásban is,hogy belekényszerültünk fáradtan ,másik szállást keresnünk! NINCS LÉGKONDICIONÁLÁS! A ventilátor, az NEM Klíma! Hűtő NINCS! Ezeket ígérte a szállás a Bookingon! Buktunk 85000ft -ot! Sehogysem sikerült a pénzemet visszaszereznem!

Büdös volt, Le koszolódott baldahinos ágy, Nincs légkondi! Nincs hűtő! Közös lakásban a tulaj nővel!

La signora Marina è gentilissima, puntuale, discreta e mi è venuta molto incontro sulle mie esigenze di orario. La casa è arredata con gusto e in buona posizione per la stazione centrale. Letto e cuscino molto comodi. Colazione adeguata, nel mio caso c'era anche un'ottima focaccia scaldata al momento.

Consiglio solo di portare i tappi perché inevitabilmente c'è rumore fino a tardi, trattandosi di un palazzo in centro.

We stayed for two nights at Marina’s home and it was an excellent experience! From the beginning, she welcomed us with great warmth and hospitality. The apartment is spotless — both the room we stayed in and the shared areas like the bathroom and dining room were very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and had a very charming little balcony. Marina prepared breakfast for us and also gave us great tips about La Spezia and the surrounding area. She made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. Towels were provided, and although the weather was warm, there were extra blankets in the wardrobe in case we felt cold. My friend and I had exactly the same impression: everything was perfect! Thank you so much, Marina!
