Apartamentos Tipo Loft Parque del Poblado

La ubicación excelente. Todo muy limpio y apartamento muy bonito.

El ruido. Debajo del apartamento está el punto de partida de tours y de chivas rumberas. Desde bien pronto por la mañana había mucho ruido y hasta bien entrada la noche.

La ubicación y el apartamento son perfectas, todo muy limpio y cómodo. Pudimos lavar nuestra ropa en la lavandería comunitaria que tiene el edificio. Ana fue siempre muy amable y simpática, los porteros del edificio, también fueron muy simpáticos y amables

No pudimos dormir bien gracias a la luz que entraba de la ventana y al ruido de la calle, hay muchos turistas borrachos, el tráfico, los autobuses con música alta, y las ventanas tienen un cristal.

The owner was rude. It was a discrepancy on the price (on her way) my parents, who a seniors arrived first 1:40pm on the checking day. They were just making sure that was the right place since they had never been in Medellin before. The security person asked the owner and gave them the key. They paid in cash the amount I was given when I booked. The owner sent me a message right away saying that my parents didn’t pay the right amount and they had to do it right away. It looks like she got a little higher price - less than a dollar 😑. I felt so disrespected because we were paying what I was told by the app and she make a huge deal for nothing. It wasn’t my mistake but still paid for because she was so pushy. Worse experience ever because of her!! Place is awesome!

A little warn. A few added extras (like a bed side table) and a little revation would make it perfect

Forniture, host

Very noisy. Music Trucks are in front of the apartment till very late. Definitely not your place if you are looking for a quiet environment.

Nice, well equipped apartment overlooking a park across the street. Host was very accommodating and communication was excellent.

No complaints.
