"very poor experience"

I have booked a room through booking.com but did not allow check in. As per hotel staff all rooms are full and they are not taking online booking. I have to run around for 5 hour to manage another hotel. Pathetic coordination between hotel and booking.com. Not at all satisfied.

Nothing like to me.

I can't get my room as per booking price. All staff members are cheater. I have booked room 800/- per day , after reaching the hotel they ask for 3000/- for that room.

Room Bookmy.com shows me was delux double room with double cot and room with wifi and tv and other facilities.

I find it's a single small, very stuffy room, bathroom was not able to lock. The room was dirty, not properly clean. Room service for food is also bad.

my room had no window, everything smelled unpleasant and was not clean, i found a cockroach, it was extremely noisy and loud
