Solis Place in Old Town

Convenient location, walkable from Old Town transit center, to which there is a frequent free shuttle from the airport and from which you can catch local trains and buses as well as regional trains and Amtrak. Property was very clean and adequately outfitted and supplied overall. Site itself was pretty quiet in terms of noise from units. Walkable to some basic amenities and all that Old Town has to offer.

Pretty near the I-5, with some impact on noise and air. Kitchen adequately provisioned with cooking and serving implements but could have a bit more to be easier. A real ironing board would be helpful for a business traveler, as opposed to the little one that rests on a surface. Recycling option could be clearer; there is a blue bin, but it’s not marked, so it seemed to have a lot of rubbish in it. Some more TV instructions might be helpful; a lot of good choices there but it’s not necessarily obvious or intuitive to someone middle aged what you need to do to access what with the two remotes and the menus.

There are pans , towels and everything one needs. The staff and the owner visit often and help out in case of any needs or issues .
