Cheguei na madrugada e a minha carteira de identidade não estava na portaria. Fiquei absolutamente na rua. Uma rua escura cheia de moradores de rua. Um entregador de pizza chegou ao prédio p uma entrega, me viu chorando na porta e me levou p um hotel. E embora eu tenha pago 3 dias o anfitrião me expulsou com 2 dias e devolveu o dinheiro, contudo tinha contratado 3. Eu não queria ressarcimento eu queria que o acordado fosse cumprido. Quanto a carteira eles disseram que vcs Booking informaram p ele que eu não enviei, contudo tenho como provar que enviei, através da data do email. Em resumo, uma viagem na qual passei, não simplesmente por um perrengue, mas que fiquei desesperada
