The hotel had a great swimming pool and sun beds which were never busy. We enjoyed the shuttle bus to the beach where you had free sunbeds. We liked the location of the hotel. Placed back from the main strip so it was quiet but only a couple of minutes to walk to the many shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately the hotel took a further payment when I checked in having already paid for the room via booking.com I tried to sort it with the hotel staff but with the language barrier we did not get that far. I did get to speak to the manager but he said it was a booking.com problem not theirs. Booking.com has been helpful and I am hoping for a full refund but I am still waiting. Unfortunately this did put a dampener on the holiday.

Staff were lovely, the hotel was small and not too busy. There was plenty of room to chill out on sun loungers around the pool and the hourly shuttle bus to and from the beach made it a really relaxed day. Sarigerme beach is gorgeous, the hotel sun loungers were comfortable and well covered for shade. The bar man came round to take orders so we didn't even have to get up to order a drink (great selection of beer, spirits and cocktails - my favourite was the frozen mango daiquiri) As our flight was not until 8.35pm we were able to hang around the poolside after checkout until it was time to go to the airport. Overall this hotel was great and I would definitely come again!

The floor in the room was a bit grubby but the complimentary hotel slippers solved this issue. The rest of the room was clean (we always bring antibacterial wipes with us on holiday and we didn't need them here)

The room was modern and the bed comfortable Located away from the noise Free transfer to the beach with lovely beds and umbrellas next to the beach Makes a change that you don’t have to pay for umbrellas or beds and they are comfortable! There is also a bar/ restaurant near the beach if you fancy a drink or something to eat If you want to walk from the hotel to the beach it takes 20 minutes but I would take the free transport for the first time There are lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel The breakfast at the hotel is good and a nice breakfast area either indoors or outside

The Town could get rather busy during the summer season and full of tourists If you want a quiet place, this isn’t for you But we stayed for 4 days and we enjoyed it So no complaints about the hotel or location

Personal hatte kein Interesse am wohlbefinden des Kunden. Zimmer wurden in den 3 Tagen wo wir dort waren nicht sauber gemacht obwohl wir es angesprochen hatten. Das war echt unverschämt,ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen würde auch nicht mehr wieder kommen.

Parkplatz vorhanden. Der Pool war sauber. Riesige moderne Zimmer. Das Bad war sehr geräumig.

Leider waren die Zimmer sehr dreckig. Man ist aus der Dusche barfuß zum Bett und hatte wieder "schwarze Füße". Auch lag der Staub überall. Dies hatten wir auf alle unseren Reisen noch nie. Kein WLAN auf dem Zimmer. Auch das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch. Es gab außer Wasser und schwarzen Tee keinerlei Getränke. Leider auch kein frisches oder überhaupt Obst.

Главное преимущество - соотношение цены и качества. Персонал действительно очень добрый и вежливый, но иногда ленивый. Завтрак скромный, но голодными не уйдёте

Мелкие недочёты в ванной комнате. Расписание трансферов на пляж условное.
