Am fost cazat în camera 109 și, din păcate, experiența mea nu a fost deloc pe măsura așteptărilor. În poze, hotelul arată foarte bine și la prima vedere pare un loc ok, însă realitatea a fost alta: Baia este lucrată necorespunzător, în ciuda materialelor scumpe folosite. Podeaua este strâmbă și nu există panta la duș, astfel încât toată apa curge spre ieșirea din baie și ajunge în cameră. Am găsit gândaci și păianjeni atât în baie, cât și în cameră, iar peste tot era praf. Geamul din dormitor nu se închide bine, ceea ce a permis intrarea țânțarilor. Am avut o noapte foarte greu de dormit din cauza lor. Micul dejun, deși ar fi trebuit să fie proaspăt și cald, la ora 8 (bufetul fiind deschis de la 7:30) era deja rece. Nu mi se pare normal să trebuiască să te trezești foarte devreme doar ca să prinzi mâncarea caldă. În concluzie, am plătit 330 lei pentru o cameră executată prost, plină de insecte și condiții care nu justifică prețul. Experiența a fost dezamăgitoare și nu recomand acest hotel.
