The view was the best thing there

- The pool was green/modly and dirty even after saying that they cleaned it - there was cat poop everywhere around the common area / pool - cockroaches inside the bedroom - our door handle was broken, they said that someone will fix it but that someone never showed up - the mattress / pillows were dirty (yellow, you could see that they were old) - showers were broken, lights were non functional Overall the place looked like it lacks maintenance and everything was so old, Oceana was one of my favorite places to stay in Taghazout it’s unfortunate to see what it became..

The only best thing in this property is the view

Very very dirty hotel, bedsheets so dirty , no towels no hand soap, furniture very old and most of them broken, its like an abandoned hotel, it has a lot of potential , not value the money at all

We looked at Oceana because of it's location and economical value for a family of 5 who wanted an authentic surfing vacation. The staff was very accomodating and helped us by having a great time especially by organizing daily surf trips and supplying a car for us to experience paradise valley as well. Kudos to all of the staff but especially Hassan and our personal surf guide Anouar! You guys are the best and realy showed us excellent hospitality. The location of Oceana is unbeatable and the views are incredible. We would defintely like to come back.

Oceana has a great location and could be a premium destination. I think that the owner needs to take a moment and make some small renovations that would really improve the experience. I do not aggree with some of the negative comments that I have read because it is not being marketed as a premium hotel experience but as a surf camp. Also reopening the resturant maybe to serve only breakfast and snack, drinks throughout the day would be an option because the setup and rooms are already there. I truly hope you can make some upgrades before our next visit!

The views and the whole property have soo much potential. A bit of paint and new furniture by the pool would be a huge improvement..

Very dirty and run down, garbage laying around the property and broken old furniture everywhere would be better in the garbage then sitting around as an eye sore.
