"This hotel is newly built avg hotel, minus tht reception person can make this a better place to stay"

Nothing special to comment or suggest

The behavior of the middle aged harsh person at the reception who was pretending as Minister of Kerala, who doesn't hv manners to handle the customers, unnecessarily arguing at silly things, he is not fit at this position. The reception is too small, to wait there, the ac & fan at the reception is used as antique showpiece, despite of the humid and hot climate, they are not bothered to switch on the ac, and even fan was switched off. I along with my 4 family members had to wait outside the reception in the scorching sun, the reason being another family comprising 4 persons were checking in, with all their luggage kept on the seating area. Despite requesting fr checking in, he was least bothered to allow us to sit at the customer lounge area.
